Kenneth Lee
Principal and Senior Counsel
Kenneth Lee earned his Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Los Angeles and was awarded his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier College School of Law.
Upon completion of law school and admission to the California State Bar, Kenneth was commissioned as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps and served as a Judge Advocate, where he completed several tours at duty stations throughout the United States and overseas. Kenneth also deployed to Afghanistan and Iraq in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom, and recently retired from the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves at the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
Kenneth has served as a prosecutor, defense counsel, and general counsel to commanders where he tried many jury trials, administrative hearings, and advised commanders on legal issues. He has also has tried numerous cases in both state, federal and military courts and has advised both clients and commanders regarding all aspects of security clearances. He has assisted individuals with their applications for clearances and represented individuals in all stages of proceedings who have had their security clearances suspended or revoked.
John H. Schweitzer
Certified Legal Specialist and Of Counsel
Certified family law specialist and military reservist attorney John H. Schweitzer is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Schweitzer spent five years on active duty with the United States Marine Corps as an officer in charge of legal assistance and served in both Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. He is currently a major in the Marine Corps Reserves. Schweitzer specializes in all areas of family law, as well as military issues particularly in the areas of interstate and international jurisdiction and security clearances (PCLs and FCLs).
With a successful track record that spans nearly two decades, Schweitzer has served the Superior Court of California as assignable Judge Pro Tempore in the Family Support Division (which includes the Department of Child Support Services) and held the positions of chair and vice-chair for the San Diego County Bar Association’s Family Law Section and Military Law Committee. Schweitzer is a frequent seminar presenter on family and military issues for the local bar and bench and has been a featured expert on NBC San Diego.
